To be an Anime Staff you must,
be good at drawing,
can keep the password from anyone else,
make at least 1 video every 2 mouths,
respect everyone and everything,
and have 3 or less characters (1 is suggested)
If you break any of this rules it will go on the ARP news, 2nd time you will be banned from the site and youtube for a week, 3rd time your banned from both forever.
